My favorite from them, which speaks volumes because their entire discography is very solid. They remain a forced to be reckoned with even through all the years.
One thing I never took much thought about, was the title of album. Which was and is a reference was from the movie, Event Horizon. The entire album’s inspiration, revolves loosely around the divine comedy, from Dante’s Inferno, and it then borrows from the aforementioned movie. But the Latin phrase that they chose to use for this album, has always been, “Liberate tu temet ex inferis,” not “liberate te ex inferis”. I am sure they addressed this countless times, I am not exactly what the story is behind the way they worded it to be honest. I could be missing something, for all I know.
